Service writer was professional and cashier was polite and professional. Having to pay for a key fob to be told that you ALSO have to purchase a manual key to inside the remote FOB was just upsetting! How can a manufacturer and or dealership allow that to even happen is stupid! You have to have BOTH , plus how do you attach the FOB to a key ring without the mechanical key? Very frustrating!
brakes replaced took about 2 hours with and appointment
Service was outstanding. Great waiting area. Staff was more than helpful. I have another appointment for breaks and oil change. Plan to get my car serviced there in the future.
