On May 6, an evaluation was done on my steering gear that was going to need replacing and there was a small oil pan leak slight that was written up for that evaluation. I had to come back on another day set up an appointment and make sure I was financially able to pay for $1500 repair.
The salesman did not do what he promised to do. I doubt if I would do business with this dealership again.
Timely and a pleasant experience
Had my oil changed at this dealership and oil was splattered all over the engine compartment and the outside of the vehicle. Told the service rep and not so much as an apology offered. Had my transmission repaired under warranty and this dealership delayed the repair twice, their fault, and kept the truck for almost two full weeks and would not offer a loaner vehicle. Their prices are premium but their service is not. Burn me twice, I'm done.
Steering column needs major repairs after owning car for only 60 days. Quote to make repairs was ridiculously high.
They for got to put the seal in the filter part and it leaked
Dealership needed to do warranty work and told me they had a car stuck on their lift as if they only have one, lol. Said it was stuck there for two weeks. They would not offer a loaner car.
Slowest oil change in the world, use jiffy lube
The service was to correct a recall! It was taken care of, in a timely manner.
