The Salesman that sold the vehicle to us greeted us upon arrival, the service employee was a bit preoccupied when I left off my car, when I picked up my car I showed one of the service employees a picture of what shows up on the display sometimes when I put the car in reverse. He asked what the manual indicated it was, told him I couldnt locate it. I asked if he had any complaints about this before and he said hadnt. Suggested I bring car in when it occurs, we live 40 mile away!
I went for an estimate on April 13th. They were going to order the parts and get back with me when they came in. Well, I had to call them today, April 28th. Two weeks later. I'm not very happy about having to call them.
Why didn't they rotate the tires when the car was in there a month ago? If this rotation notification is based on miles + service they should have somehow cancelled out the notification. The car only has 5000 miles on it. Do the tires need to be rotated now or not.
All four tires were at different air pressures when the vehicle was picked up. Two were over pressure one was under pressure and one was the correct pressure.
I paid to have the engine warning light repaired. I drove out of the shop and within 2 miles the light was back on. I returned and they re-diagnosed the car and said another far more expensive repair was necessary. The first repair did nothing. Makes me wonder...
They locked my keys in car while resetting the TPMS after a tire rotation and then a day after my TPMS system light went on because it wasnt recalibrated on one tire so I had to have a friend calibrate it and everything was fixed. They wanted me to replace my TPMS when I called in about it.
I contacted this dealership online about a vehicle . It was about 2 weeks later when I got a response ,the response had nothing to do with the vehicle I was interested.
Not good , had my car for over 7 hours , did not contact me at all , when returned to pick up caddy they had it still apart had to wait an hour to put back together for them to tell me they had the wrong part for the recall that they called me about. I will find another dealership to complete the recall
Very rude!! Car came home with same problems it had before it went.
