Brad often made jokes that were a bit offensive. He also was not good at communicating when it came down to locking my rate. He failed to understand when I asked him to lock my rate which resulted in me having to settle for a higher rate. I felt He allowed this to happen either intentionally or he just failed to understand my intention clearly.

The home loan experience has been abysmal. I think we changed advisors at least twice. We were misled to think we could secure the same lower rate at close despite the move date being shifted out 3 months. We were stuck with a higher rate and no choice but to go with KB. The customer should always be treated as if they were their first customer. Just because we were passed over to new agents we should’ve been treated equally.

It would of been better if Brad had a better attitude towards and didn’t make us feel like we were bothering him with our questions. This is our first home and we didn’t understand the process.
