Brad won my business, period. I literally had three competing lenders and because of Brad’s honesty, attention to detail and excellent communication, I decided on KBHS. He explained things to me on a level that I could understand without making me feel like the novice I am.
I worked with Brad for about a year for a mortgage loan for a new development property. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions that Brad helped me understand what I was looking at &/or signing. The only thing I think could have been approved upon is the communication towards the end, when it came down to final timelines for things such as putting in 30 day notice, escrow, or some discrepancies in loan numbers I found myself reaching out more to them than them to me to finalize things.
Brad was patient and answered any and all questions I might have had. He kept up with the other people involved in this process and kept me always informed. His manner was always professional and kind.

Brad and his team, literally took my wife and myself, by the hand and walked us through the home purchase process.. he was always reassuring, helpful, kind and concerned throughout.. he was always available at anytime and always promptly returned calls, e-mails and any type of inquiry.. he was always very encouraging and calming.. Brad is an absolute asset to your company.. he should be President of the World!! in my book.
