I worked with Brad for about a year for a mortgage loan for a new development property. As a first time buyer I had a lot of questions that Brad helped me understand what I was looking at &/or signing. The only thing I think could have been approved upon is the communication towards the end, when it came down to final timelines for things such as putting in 30 day notice, escrow, or some discrepancies in loan numbers I found myself reaching out more to them than them to me to finalize things.
