Communication; Brad and his team always kept us up to date; Experience...and persistence. Brad kept digging/ researching to find us the best program that would work for us. Two other RMLO’s we spoke with before Brad just ‘wanted to make it easy on themselves’, in terms of what would work best for us. Brad got us the best terms, rate, he could; and got us to Closing on schedule we needed. Can’t ask for more than this. Great Job!! Thank Brad!
