Brad walked me through the process from the beginning. He gave me a great interest rate, and did NOT charge me points to get down to that rate. Other brokers were going to charge me. Brad and his team did contact me often to let know how the process was going. They answered my questions on the closing costs (since I am a numbers guy), and any items I was unsure about from the original loan estimate all the way to the closing. I was happy with the final numbers, and the attention I was given.
