Brad thought of as many possible options for my family and I to review. He carefully explained the pros and cons of each approach and provided his opinion, but never tried to push his agenda on to us or try and sell us something wholly inappropriate.
Brad is an excellent mortgage broker. He worked to put us in the right product for our needs. I highly recommend him for your loan needs. Unfortunately we had to take a FHA loan with mortgage insurance and Brad gave us a credit to cover the lost.
We wanted to refinance a large mortgage, for a home in a hard neighborhood to appraise, with complicated job/income histories, during a very busy time of year for refinancing.
