Brad and his team were extremely fast and professional. In under three weeks my refi was completed. That means from my initial call to check rates to signing at closure was under 3 weeks. Brad Cohen is the best I have ever worked with and I appreciate his concern for our best interests. He stays in touch and lets us know of options that will benefit us. I just completed my second transaction with Brad, a refinance of my home mortgage. My first transaction was about 10 years ago, a refinance of my previous home.
