I found Brad to be very knowledgeable of the loan process and he guided me through the complete process. I always knew what to expect and when to follow-up if I had missing paperwork. Brad was recommended by my realtor to service my loan underwriting. He was very helpful with my loan. He walked me through the process when needed and handled a lot of things for me when I couldn't devote much time to it. He is very capable and knowledgeable in navigating the loan experience and has helped me out a couple of times since the loan closed.
