Brad and his team worked very closely with me and really understood my individual circumstances.
Brad followed up for over a year keeping us informed and updated. The mortgage process though lengthy the APP and support of the team were available and eased the leg work in our part.
Very Efficient and completed everything on time as promised
I would have love to meet someone in person from the company. I only had conversations through text, email & phone calls. I also wanted someone to show me the home. Also at closing a big celebration such as balloons, pictures or a sign something.
Process was efficient and handled very well especially since we closed in a different location! Brad tried to get the best rate possible for us and was always open to questions!
The mortgage application was very seamless and all documentation could be submitted on line. Weekly updates from the team to ensure all processes were completed correctly. Really appreciated Brad's expertise during the mortgage process.
