Brad and Ashley were awesome to work with. They stayed in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and made it a rather simple process.

This is our third mortgage experience with VanDyk. Brad made the process simple for us. He took the time to explain the numbers, the process and our options which gave us confidence to choose the best mortgage for us.
Although it was a lot of paperwork requested, the sooner I got it to them, the better. Every Tuesday i was updated by phone calls of where I was within the process. I was also sent an email with videos (really liked this) on updates of the process and what was needed for the next step in the process. I was constantly informed throughout the whole process which made me feel great about everything. I appreciated the hard work everyone put in on the process...thank you so much.
