Dr Shephard made me feel good about my situation. He walk me thru every step about,my condition. He is very helpful. He also did my colonoscopy in 2018. I would recommend him highly.
After I filled out patient info I was called to exam room, quickly seen by MA and then by Dr. Shepherd. He was friendly, informative and gave me advice that I needed. I would recommend him without hesitation. He did a colonoscopy for me in 2017 and that was fine also.
I thought Dr. Shepherd was very professional. He answered all questions and seamed concern about my well being.
I just loved the lady I saw. I did not see Dr. Bradley because I was just coming in for a refill. I wish I could see this lady every time, sorry I didn’t get her name. I enjoy Dr. Bradley also when I see him and think he’s great with his diagnosis of my concerns.
First time see Dr Shepherd. He was very kind and patient. He answered all my questions!
I saw Dr. Sheppard as a new patient today . I found him to be very pleasant , perfessional and concerned about my health .
You need to have a DIRECT phone right to the office for SPECIFIC questions on directions, etc !!!! I was transferred 5 times the other day...directions were not correct and when I called back I was routed to somebody who had NO idea where it was b/c they were not located in the area !!! Thank you !

Impersonal. Very tough scheduling. Zero communication. While communicating with the doctor and anyone else at the practice of Atlanta/Athens Gastroenterology Associates I felt like a number and was treated as such the entire time.
He will not refill subscriptions without the patient setting up another appointment. After several refills he will not refill at all.
