One of the worst experiences I've ever had with the doctor. He ordered a very expensive procedure that I later found out from another provider I did not need. He also misdiagnosed me. He ignored My complaints and said I probably just had gas. Within a few months my colon completely stopped working on its own and I became very ill. He's also very arrogant and rude. His staff as horrible as well. Do not go to this doctor. Travel outside Athens if you have to.
Dr. Shepherd is pretty good. It is his office the is extremely difficult and frustrating to deal with. They are the antithesis of customer service
