Brady and his team at Guaranteed Rate were the easiest lender to work with. We just closed on our second home and it was a breeze compared to our first home with a different lender. Brady Spangler is amazing. This is the second time we worked together and both were great experiences. He is an EXPERT in his field. He has a fantastic team that makes the impossible possible. We were able to lock in very low interest rates, get thru the hurdles of Lender requirements based on working in a non-conventional industry (film biz). Highly recommend !!!! This is the third house I have used Brady nd his team on and just like the last two times. Flawless and beyond expectations! From the start to finish they are on top of their game. If you are looking for a mortgage, don't bother going anywhere else.

Could not have asked for a better team to work with when buying a new home. They were so on top of everything and very professional and kind. They also have an awesome portal which made the entire process go very smoothly and very quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying a home or refinancing.

Brady and his team were very professional and exemplary in knowing their jobs. They all worked hard and walked me through the loan process flawlessly. As I flowed through the loan process Brady and each of his team members knew exactly what needed to be done and they completed each task when it was due. in addition they are a great model for what teamwork looks like in today's business world.
