Working with Brady and his team was awesome! Communication is key and Brady and his team kept me informed every step of the way. I've never worked with a Bank/Mortgage Company/Lender that had such quick email response times! Everything ran so smoothly and quickly that I would highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again.
We did 3 refinances at the same time, Brady and team made the process as easy as can be. Rates and fees upfront, no surprises and on-line easy application process. Couldn't be happier!

Brady and his team at Guaranteed Rate were the easiest lender to work with. We just closed on our second home and it was a breeze compared to our first home with a different lender. Brady Spangler is amazing. This is the second time we worked together and both were great experiences. He is an EXPERT in his field. He has a fantastic team that makes the impossible possible. We were able to lock in very low interest rates, get thru the hurdles of Lender requirements based on working in a non-conventional industry (film biz). Highly recommend !!!! Could not have asked for a better team to work with when buying a new home. They were so on top of everything and very professional and kind.
