Brady and his team are amazing to work with! We refinanced our condo with them and they were very responsive and professional to work with. I really was impressed with Bradys and Matts professional and experience in helping me obtain my loan in a quick and efficient manner.They explained the whole process and were really very patient for we had a few setbacks in obtaining the loan ,but they were confident and were really encouraging me that we would get the loan.They displayed this positive attitude and professionalism that made me confident that the loan was going to get done like they stated.

We just completed closing on a mortgage with Brady and his team. The process from initial questions to application to closing went smoothly. At each step, Brady and his team communicated very clearly exactly what was needed to get to the next step of the process. The pre-approval process was quick and allowed to us make a solid bid on a home purchase. Each step proceeded quickly and the loan closed within the 30 day escrow.
Brady and his team were so responsive to all my questions and any situation that arose during the closing process. I felt I could trust them for all my loan and closing needs throughout the process from pre-qualification to close. We were able to close in 30 days with no problems. I have never seen a closing process be so smooth.
