We have been bringing our cats to Bramer for almost twenty years and just love everything about the hospital. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We had to say goodbye to one of our cats a few years ago and felt complete trust and support through that emotional process. Our cat, Nessa, is our precious kitty and we love her like a daughter. As a result, excellent vet care is of primary importance to us. excellent! had a sudden concern come up with my cat, and they were able to squeeze me in the next day for a checkup (despite being booked out for weeks). they are always super friendly and helpful. i am incredibly grateful!!

We have always received outstanding, professional, and compassionate care at Bramer Animal Hospital. We have had the experience of working with many of the doctors at Bramer who have been top notch. I had an excellent experience. Even with adjustments for COVID, it was as stress-free as taking a cat to the vet could possibly be. The curbside service ran smoothly and on-time. Dr. Schoen was so warm and caring! She took plenty of time on the phone to understand any changes/concerns before the exam and to discuss the checkup after. My cat got lots of compassion, compliments, and a few treats, helping to make it a good experience for him and putting me at ease. I have been bringing my cats here since 2001 and have always appreciated the care and professionalism the staff has always brought. With one exception, every veterinarian there has been so helpful. I even had a nurse assist me in getting my cat back from someone who took her thinking she was a stray and not planning on giving her back to me! Above and beyond. Currently, Dr. Retseck has always been so knowledgeable and I feel confident that she and the rest of the staff genuinely care about my cat.

We have been taking our dogs to Bramer for over 20 years. We see Dr Hagedorn, but all the vets are experienced, compassionate and straightforward. Completely trust them with our pets!

I have been going to Bramer for over 35 years with my dogs and cats. The doctors and staff are the best - very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring! Dr. Hagedorn is fantastic! He is an expert veterinarian but also understands the challenges and practicality pet owners face; he examines, diagnoses and in a very transparent way discusses options for treatment. And in these COVID days, he and the wonderful team at Bramer have made a visit to the vet as easy as possible. I wouldn't take my furry family anywhere else!
