"Customer service" We really appreciate the customer service reps there. Especially Oscar he was very good with us. Explained everythimg in detail and helped us understand everything and not the least is Joanne the finance manager. She is too good.

"Great Dealership" This was my third purschase through Bramgate VW and the ninth within my family and we have always had a great sales expierance since 2002. Bramgate assisted with diesel settlement inquiries while selecting my new vehicle and I am extremely satisfied with the vehicle that was provided to me. The vechicle was clean and in excellent condition on the day of delivery and was by far the best delivery day I have had for a third purchase.

"Great experience!" Daniel was very helpful to my partner and I (very inexperienced used vehicle shoppers). While we ultimately weren't able to find the right vehicle at Bramgate (we were too picky), Daniel did his best to help us without any pressure at all.
