"Customer First!" Daniel was very professional, polite and attentive throughout the whole sales process. He was very knowledgeable and he keep us informed - both by phone and email - about the collection date, what we needed to do and more importantly what he would be doing on our behalf. "Great service at Bramgate Pre-Owned Centre!" Ali went above and beyond to help with my vehicle purchase. He stayed well after closing time to work with my schedule which was much appreciated. He was very knowledgeable in regards to extended warranty and responded to my many queries in a timely fashion. Ali was a pleasure to deal with.

"Excellent service." I am vey satisfied with the service received from Wayne. The car is wonderful and Wayne took all the time needed to introduce me to the car's functions. Unfortunately, one thing that is missing is the owner's manual. I need it to figure out all the functions on the steering wheel etc. Since I live in Hamilton, I will continue getting service at the Upper James center which is very close to my residence.
"Painless" From the moment you contact the Sales staff, they go out of their way to help make your ownership dream become a reality. Whether it is taking a car for test drive or drafting a sales agreement they deal with you openly, fairly and efficiently. Never once did I feel pressured. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership, during the buying process, was friendly, helpful and professional. I could not be more happy with my experience and my new Jetta GLI.
