"Friendly, efficient, and very helpful" It was a real pleasure dealing with Jiri. He listened carefully to what I said I wanted but also picked up on non-verbal clues. His sales approach was not too aggressive yet focused on making the sale. My interactions with others at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient, particularly with finance.
