"Freindly and helpful staff" I have been driving for 15+ years and this was my first new car. They made the experience as comfortable as I could've asked. Daniel Turner was the sales associate I dealt with. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. Also, I never felt pressured into buying a car. I would definitely come back here to buy another car.
"Quick and nonsense free!" I dealt with Daniel. He was upfront, honest and efficient which in my experience is rare when shopping for a vehicle. Joanne was also a pleasure to deal with!
"Great service." We were offered different packages for "side by side" review and test drive. "No Pressure" approach, we were given enough time alone for consideration without any pushing. Negotiation process was quick and painless, straight to the point without unnecessary justifications. The deal we received from Bramgate was exactly what we expected. (We couldn't negotiate such deal with another VW dealer earlier that day). All paperwork was prepared quickly and the car was ready for pick up next day. Great experience!
"Experience was good" Experience was good, they had the car with the features I was looking for. Sales rep was knowledgeable. Finance Manager was a little pushy regarding the extra warranty. Had a tire pressure issue after I drove off the lot. Service guys stayed after hours to wait for me to return to check the tires. Really appreciated that.

"Amazing, fast " I'm giving this rating because from the first step I took in to the last it was easy fast and hassle free. Jiri made sure I had everything taken care of and more, everything was straight forward and there were no complains.
"Amazing service" Customer service is excellent. Everyone is very professional and charismatic. All my questions were properly answered and felt very reassured that i was given the information i needed to make my decision as to what type of car was best for me.
"Excellent customer service!!!" Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable and professional salesman in Jiri Kazda = happy customer. A simple equation yet not many dealership knows how to effectively use. I would highly recommend this dealership and we are now happy owners of a 2015 VW Beetle Classic!
"5 star plus!!" After visiting a few other VW dealerships and receiving minimal customer service I went to VW Bramgate and received better than 5 star customer service. I was approached by one of the business managers, Sudir and since all the sales associates were busy he showed me some used cars in my budget. Once I informed him of the awful experience I had at other VW dealerships he continued helping me instead of passing me onto a sale associate.
