"Great Timing, Great service" Walked into the dealership by chance looking for a 5 spd jetta. After weeks of searching online and visiting a few dealerships i found the exact car I was looking for with all the options. a 2012 candy white jetta was just traded in. "Reputation Well Deserved" I had researched my new vehicle for quite some time and knew what I wanted for 2014/15. Upon my arrival at Bramgate the atmosphere was relaxed and no sales people were scrambling to get my attention although attentive. I had researched the highest rated VW dealers in the GTA and Bramgate ranked #1.. This is well deserved. "Great customer service!!" I just drove my 2011 Tiguan comfortline home this afternoon with a huge smile on my face! After searching for months for the right vehicle I finally found the car/suv for me. Salesman Marco Orellana is a great person.. He was very friendly and down to earth and not a pushy salesperson like most. He made me feel comfortable with my car purchase and did what ever he could to get me the best possible deal.
