"Went in to browse, ended up buying my first car" I went to Bramgate Volkwagen only to browse at potential options and to gauge prices of used Volkswagen vehicles. I went in not expecting to purchase a vehicle but it ended up that way. Jiri's approach and customer service was top notch and inviting. Not only did he make sure I got the car I wanted but in the price range I was hoping to maintain. All my questions and concerns during the purchasing process were accommodated and this continues to be afterwards.
"Excellent customer service" My husband and I recently needed to buy a new vehicle and went to a few dealerships. We were looking for integrity and good service and a fair deal. Jiri was so helpful and made the experience very pleasant. Joanne also helped us with the paperwork. They were both knowledgable and very helpful . We're really pleased with the whole process. We will refer our friends.
"An absolute delight" I knew what i wanted, having visited several VW dealerships... i needed to get out of my Jetta lease, due to Mileage.. and i have to say Hugh, was absolutely thoroughly professional about the whole process. I walked out within 30 minutes with a new Golf TDI.. we have a couple of minor issues with the new car, but again, very , very pleased with the response I would not hesitate to recommend Hugh or anyone else at the dealership... "I went in for a new dipstick... but came out with a new car!" I have been driving a 2001 Jetta for several years and needed a new dipstick, which lead me to the dealership. While waiting, I chatted with Chris about what they had on the lot. After sharing information Chris followed up on our discussion. He worked hard at finding me the type of car I was interested in and also within my price range. I am now driving a much newer model and am extremely happy with its performance. "friendly" Handled all questions and inquiries very well without making me feel like any questions were to silly. Took the time to show the car and how each thing worked.

"fantastic" I came in not to sure if I wanted a VW or a mazda vehicle. I was given all of the information and service I needed to set my mind on buying my new Jetta. Besides the discounted price persuading me, Marco did a great job by being able to answer my questions and accommodating to my needs as a customer.
"Second Great Experience" This is the second vehicle I bought from Bramgate (first one in 2006). It had been a while but I returned to the same great customer experience as I had the first time. Marco did a great job in ensuring that the car and the deal were the right one for me. I am truly happy with the purchase of my new Passat and would recommend Bramgate VW to my family and friends.
