"A TRULY FABULOUS EXPERIENCE" I was looking for a convertible. I had tried out the Fiat but felt that it was really too small. I knew that Volkswagen had a couple of models available. Walked into the showroom and "fell in love" with a Candy White convertible. Tried out the EOS, and even though it was a beautiful car, felt it had way too much power for me. "Repeat owner" The staff was very professional the walk me threw the whole proses originally I was going to lease and when we broke it down it was better to use the VW select.Marco showed me several modals and did not get frustrated when I kept changing from model to model this is my second car that I have bought at this dealership thank you to all.

"Great staff, great cars!" Being a first-time car-buyer, the staff at Bramgate VW made my first experience at a car dealership very pleasurable. "Review" Staff were helpful, friendly and the most importantly we never once felt intimidated or pressured to buy. I personally hate shopping for cars because of the dealership atmosphere, pushy salesmen that never seem truthful and are only eager to sell, rather than figure out what the customer is interested in. "Great expereince overall" I had a great experience. Roxy was so helpful. I know nothing about cars! So I had so many questions and he answered them all with no fuss. When I explained my ordeal to him, he did not judge me he simply discussed my options and we went from there! A week later I drove out in my dream car. I would recommend this place to anyone!

"Great experience" Good dealership with friendly and helpful sales and service staff. Hugh was very helpful with our purchase and Wayne was instrumental with getting us acquainted with our Passat during the closing of the purchase. My 2012 Passat was handled with a lot of care during the service.
