"Great Service, Completed on Time and Under Estimate" 60,000K service was completed on my 2011 GTI. I appreciated the assistance of Rui Canto, Service Consultant, in discussing the major service to be performed as well as suggesting I book on line to save 10%. "Love my new Jetta!" I went to several different dealerships while shopping for a new Jetta. Bramgate had the best service and the best price out of all of them. No pressure, unlike several other places. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
"Awesome Experience!" Went into the dealership wanting to buy a used car I saw on the lot. Roxy was every helpful in seeing the car and telling me all about it. Mike Then worked out numbers with me. Easy person to talk to and worked around my budget. Joanne then offered me extended warranties and all the extras. I will be going back to Bramgate if I choose to purchase a newer VW.

"Great service" I visited another VW dealership before going to the Bramgate VW and my experience was many times better. the sales person, Jiri, was honest and friendly. he along with the manager, Mike, gave me the maximum discount and maximum value for my trade in. the did not try to low ball me like the other dealership and they also did not attach unnecessary fee/add-ons. i highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a VW.
