Yes I have recommended Dr Carlson often. I have complete confidence in his skills and knowledge. His approach to earnest and compassionate patient care was part of my healing after a very difficult health crisis.
Dr. Carlson does orthopedic spine surgery. Cancelled a procedure when he found out that a drug I had previously discontinued had been started again and he felt it was a bad idea for me to be on a drug that would not only interfere with healing but leave me more vulnerable to infection. This was a tough but wise decision on his part. Had the surgery a few weeks later and it must have been textbook perfect because the results were immediate and amazing. I give high praise to this doctor.
