Dr. Woodside and his excellent staff have been there for me and my boys for 12 years. I live in Tampa, but drive to Riverview because I trust no one else. They were there for me through Peanutty's diabetic issues and were always sweet and loving to my little Jaxy w/ all his problems and by my side when I had to say goodbye. Have always dealt w/ crazy monkey w/ no reserve. And always give Sdog lots of love. Thank you and your staff for my peace of mind.

I had the displeasure of having to deal with these people! why do they have prepaid office visits? I asked to speak to a manager there and they said that too many people cancel their appointments. maybe if they treated people better they would show up for their appointments yes? after looking deeper into this place I find out that they're outrageously expensive. maybe that has something to do with it. I have experienced recent unprofessionalism, Low Quality service ,not Reliable , Responsiveness not good. We have been with Brandon Lakes for a little over a year with 3 pets. They have always given great service until recently when our newfoundland became really ill. I can’t get a vet to call me back, every time I call with a question a technician texts me or leaves me a voicemail.
