First I will say that I didn’t end up making an appointment here based on the first interaction I had with the staff member who answered my call today. Our dogs used to be seen by Dr. Anthony at Brandon Mobile Vet, and they were initially looking for a new vet to take over. We are in a dire situation with our remaining dog and noticed the phone number on the Facebook page was still active, so I decided to call and find out if a new vet had taken over the practice and possibly make an appointment. I called to find out how much it would be to neuter my rabbit. The woman on the phone refused to even give me an estimate - she said I had to bring him in for an exam that was $54 and only then I would be told how much it would be. This seems like a good way to trap someone into a sale because they have already invested money in an exam. Many vets nowadays are about money, not care. They have monthly quotas. Really disappointed after speaking with BLAH today. Had a good experience boarding here several times last year, and apparently things have changed. $8 mandatory flee pill, $10 to pick up on a Sunday "because there are only 1 or 2 pets here". That's not surprising since your driving your customers away with ridiculous fees. Very disappointed....lost a client. Go to Boyette, far better service and they're sold out this weekend - wonder why.
