Easy from beginning to end.. experience ran by clock work!
I ordered 2 radiant trays and 4 sets of 10 each ceramic rods for my DCS grill. I received the trays populated with 36 rods, but not the 4 spare rods. Not a big deal, but it always is nice to have a couple spare rods.
