Delivery was longer than I expected. Product was as ordered.
Asked a question on a Sunday and got an answer from the Sales Mgr. the same day!!!!
It would not let me look at side tables
After delay the wrong product was received. I contacted Brandster and the initial response was that they would not accept the product back nor would a refund be issued. I had to call Brandster and also sent them a photo of the incorrect product. The response was they would forward this to the manufacturer. The manufacturer accepted responsibility and sent me the correct product. I never received any apology from Brandster for how I was treated.
The product is falsely advertised. The dimensions listed are incorrect, specifically the with of the grate. The advertisement lists the width as 10 1/2 inch's, which would allow all three grills to fit in my C2C34 grill. The actual width is 11 inches. The opening of the C2C34 is 32 inches. My decision to buy these was based on the advertised width and my grill being listed as one these fit. I called your customer service and got the story that these grills are only to be used one at a time. What? That is no where in the list... read more
This is my second purchase of this cover. First one only lasted a year. No warranty, and poor quality. Only buying again because it matches my other grill.
