RecommendedWe had a great experience at Auto Mall. Eric was a terrific salesman. Very knowledgeable about the product. Very pleasant to deal with.My husband found his knowledge base outside of the business to be extraordinary and was the cyncher in closing the deal. We went in for an oil change. Was just inquiring and drove out in a new vehicle. Also Alan the financial man was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend your dealership to any one interested in leasing or buying a new vehicle.

RecommendedMy car broke down yesterday and I got towed to Brattleboro Auto Mall. Todd gave me a quote to fix the car, bu. He wasn't nearly as pushy as other dealerships about everything, and he helped me way all of my options. I decided to get a new car and he sent me to Kevin, who was an amazingly helpful salesman. He got me a great deal and I was abke to drive off the lot with a new car that I feel great about. Even as a Massachusetts resident, they took care of everything for me.

There was a hiccup with the deal I struck with them for a certain truck. They overcame the issue, made it happen, and came through big. Very happy. Great team at this dealership from general manager to customer relations personnel!
