I was at the Brattleboro auto mall a week ago Tueday August 23rd the salesman that worked with me was Kevin Clark he was great! I told him what I wanted for a car payment he showed me two cars that weren't right for me but the third one is now my baby I love it! So where do I start…. I call ask about a truck to make sure it is on there lot and then I get a text Saturday morning at 830am asking me if I’m still interested in the truck I say Yes and nothing for over an Hour. Then told there in a meeting so I’m pissed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I once said years ago that I would never purchase another vehicle from this establishment but thought since it has changed a bit, I would try again.... Well needless to say I will never buy another vehicle from this establishment. Our car salesman was amazing, and we think the world of him. The financial team and managers are a different story then the service department is horrendous. Bought a 2017 dodge ram 2500 should’ve listened to my gut when they said it was a “as is” vehicle and wouldn’t let me test drive it on the road, had a check engine light but also a gas cap light which can cause the engine, didn’t seem anything wrong with it when drove on back lot and was told if there was anything major they wouldn’t have put it out for sale, I asked if they could tell me why the engine light was on and they said no, I offered to pay for them to tell me… no, after a week of driving( not hauling/towing anythi... read more

Brought my truck in for just a transmission service freshly washed and waxed and it came back covered in mud and it was even inside the bed I have not had any luck with the service department u bring a vehicle in for a problem and they tell u nothing is wrong and it does said problem pulling out of there shop and still they try to make u feel dumb

Awful customer services awful maintenance department our BRAND new 2021 Acadia we have had ONE A YEAR was towed to auto mall AGAIN for the second time in two months the first time was from my drive way and yesterday I had my kids with me and my onstar sent me a message saying to service my transmission and engine with only 16000 miles on it I should have to worry about this! All I have to say TOMORROW the manager will be getting a phone call from me.

Over paid for a car that was in bad shape . And the service center sucks . Lied and said i need all this work to get inspected failed me twice the first time they said i need to fix something fixed it came back and failed it for something else i took it somewhere else for inspection and passed without fixing what they said needed fixing .
