They were phenominal. Chris came out and checked everything out and it felt like I was getting what I wanted. The crew was professional, precise, and clean. The roof looks very good.
I am overall highly satisfied with the excellent work Brax Roofing did on our roof. They communicated me from the outset via phone, e-mail and even in person and answered all of the questions i had. They have a very clear procedure as to how their work is done. Very professional and effective! However, i have one reservation -- While the installation crew was highly organized and work seamlessly and make the job like it is a simple routine, ,they were all in their own plain clothes and they wore no PPE whatsoever on them. Brax did a great job on our roof replacement. The quality of work was high and the price was fair. The people at Brax were great to work with - very knowledgeable and responsive. The estimate process was straight forward and free of up-selling and gimmicks. The roofing crew were Brax employees rather than subcontractors which probably contributed to higher quality of work.
