Overall positive experience. Communication was good-- worked with Jack and Eric. They were patient and answered all my questions. I also received a box of Godiva chocolates in the mail after the job was completed!

Communication with Danielle and Boris was excellent. Danielle was exceptionally communicative, which made things easier. I loved Shawn, he was very knowledgable about the roofing design and what would look great. He worked with me on that very well. I would definitely recommend them.

I was able to show them what was needed from my insurance company. Brax not only understood, but corrected the insurance company on what else was needed. They took over and did all of the communication between them and the insurance company, called my HOA for the needed community preferences, and answered...
