Get directionsBrayden Park is definitely a great place to go. I feel very safe and comfortable having my loved one there. The staff are very friendly, have a great appearance, and their eagerness is wonderful. My loved one tells me the food is good as well.
Our family had an in person tour and everybody we met with was super nice. However there was just little things here that were not going to work out - the apartment our loved one would have was similar to a studio and instead of a kitchenette it just has a microwave. We wanted her to have a small stove top/oven so incase if she did not want to go in the dining room she could make a dinner in her room.
They've been very helpful and accommodating. I really like the place, and I think we found the right place for our loved one. I think the facility is very nice, comfortable, and open, with big wide spaces. It's pretty. And they have activities going all the time.
I would say to be very careful in the original contract. Make sure that you get all of the details needed. After this part the care and everything that my loved one received is wonderful. I like the interaction that she gets from the other residents the most.
We really like the Brayden Park, our loved one is feeling very comfortable there. The community is very clean and everyone there has not only been so friendly to our loved one but to our family as well. They also have top notch care, always on top of everything. Our loved one really enjoys the meals and dining service, they have a regular menu but also another menu you can order off of. They do also offer quite a few activities.
It was nice. The person I needed to speak to, wasn't able to speak to them directly. The person that gave me the tour didn't seem know the information without looking up the information. Brayden park didn't give me a packet to take home to review.
We have had to hire extra care givers to come basically take care of our loved ones, because their level of support is not quick enough or specific enough to their needs. They will push the button and it takes to long for someone to get to them. They are very short staffed, and have continued to stay short staffed and what that causes is not a high level of attention. The communication with families is hit or miss, we get a letter sometimes and sometimes we don't get notified at all. We have to continually bring food and giv... read more
My mom has been at Brayden Park now for about 3 years. The thing that stands out most about this facility is anyone who works there will take care of what you need or your request. They don't feel like it's not their job from finding a screwdriver, to helping with the satellite tv, to finding toilet tissue! Anyone will bring you a glass of tea and always with a smile. Very friendly place. Brayden Park says they are a home for your loved ones and they treat them that way. The management is superior. My mom has dementia and ca... read more
