I did not necessarily appreciate being told "Good Luck!" prior to my extraction because I chose not to take a Valium before the appointment as I have previously. I don't always have the option to have someone to drive me to and from the office, or the option to go home and spend the rest of the evening in bed. I knew the consequences of that decision and what I would be dealing with and did not expect to be talked down to that way.
I do tell people about your office every chance I get.....an A plus office!
