Appointment was prompt and staff was friendly and courteous.
Debbie was very welcoming! Cheryl was great in explaining what she was doing and in her technique to clean my teeth. Although I was informed of the teeth that needed some work, I wasn't exactly clear of what my "treatment plan" would entail. Also, the check-out girl just gave me a bill - she did not discuss the option to purchase the Comprehensive Dental Plan to me. If I didn't already know about it, I wouldn't have known to buy it.
