When I received floride treatment at my previous dentist, the dental assistant gave me a cup with water to rinse my mouth out. I did not have to ask for something to rinse my mouth out.
I have had several unpleasant dental experiences in the past. I love this place & the staff. You all appear to be customer oriented, and make me feel well cared for, even my smallest concerns are taken seriously. Thanks.
dr rudy and the staff are awesome folks. i have never been to a dental office and felt relaxed and the doctor actually listened to my concerns!! as i am not a big fan of needles---sedative gas would be a wonderful option to "take-the-edge-off".

The office staff were friendly and informative. They introduced themselves since I was a new patient and gave me a gift bag. I was scheduled for an appointment the following Monday d/t having a dental emergency. Dr. Mark was very professional, treating my immediate problem, and discussing some options. I had complete Xrays and an exam by Dental Hygienist to determine gum, bone, and tooth health. My questions were answered and my anxiety addressed.
