The doctor I saw this time was very brusque and did not take time to explain much to me well, just making a pronouncement of what was wrong and telling me the assistant would answer any questions. I will not see him in the future
Clean, efficient, caring, timely! And this coming from a true "avoid-er" of the dentist :)
Everyone was very nice and professional
Hygienist was very good and through, very friendly and knowledge, great visit. All staff very friendly
ALL of the staff, from the "greeter," to the receptionists, to the actual dental assistants were all very organized & kind. I appreciate the skills of the assistants - my bite wing x rays were the least uncomfortable I've ever had & the fastest (I think her name was Amy). Would just like to see some lower costs for services - esp. if/when a patient is getting/considering multiple procedures. For example, if getting bonding work done, perhaps 25-30% off a cavity filling or teeth cleaning procedure. Also, your office's offer o... read more
I had to wait 45 minutes because I was 5 minutes past my appointment time. Then I was rushed thru my cleaning because the office was having the carpets cleaned. If my being there was inconvenient, I would have preferred my appointment being moved. My upper left quad did not get flossed. Now please don't get me wrong, I am usually pleased 100% every single time with this office. And I talk about the office in the best of terms. But I was not very happy this time. Service was fast and friendly.
The dental hygenist (I don't remember her name)was very warm, and pleasant. She also was gentle which is a good thing.
