My fiance and I bought our first home together and had a personal connection with the owner of Bison Ventures. Stuart and his team, Breanna and Amber, took very good care of us. They communicated well and worked efficiently. It made our home buying experience go smoothly!
Breanna was quick to respond and very on top of our file. She contacted us immediately whenever she needed anything and was sure to explain things to us.
We loved the communication. Specifically how well everything was explained. Buying a first house can be overwhelming and confusing. Breanna and the team were always available and able to explain things in a way that made sense.
I appreciate all Bison’s team for their dedication, efforts, and support to help me getting our first home mortgage. I worked with Jamie under the supervision of Breanna, they did great job in a professional and timely manner. I totally recommend Bison Venture for any serious buyer.
Too many people to deal with. Would prefer to liaison with one individual. Two at the most. Experience with Plaid not as described. If I have to provide documents, copies, PDFs, account verification, etc., why should I give them access to my accounts and passwords? Wasted $$$. Breanna had to step in often to address problems better answered with coordination and/or training.
No surprises...
My whole housing experience was INCREDIBLE thanks to Breanna and Stuart! They answered all my questions and really took the time to explain everything. This was my first experience buying a home and will only use Bison Ventures from here on out! Thanks again!
