Kristy was on top of everything. Naturally there were hiccups along the way, Jamie was still coming up to speed with the new technologies and underwriting was a little unorganized, but Kristy's "general contractor" expertise (and Breanna's stepping in temporarily at the outset) more than compensated for those bits.
