I suppose I should clarify that Brenda Marshall was outstanding. She went above and beyond. The associates were not so quick to answer emails, texts, or phone calls. I feel with Brenda we had a good rapport. She is a pleasure to work with. But the other associates not so much..sorry.

This is my second refinance with Churchill. Both experiences were great. However, Brenda is very unique and goes above and beyond the norm. She and her entire team are the best. They are professsional, pleasant, enjoyable and make the process as quick and simple as possible. Brenda not only knows her business, but makes you feel at ease and confortable about the process. She will take care of you in the best honorable way as will her team. Unique in this world today. Excellent customer service.

When you deal with someone who is truest a Christian, their overall personality is different. They are easier to deal with even when things are not going your way. Brenda is a Christian, you can tell it. She doesn't just say she is, she shows it and you can tell she lives the talks. So, having said that, I would recommend her to anyone buying or refinancing their home.
