This last contact was great. The process of obtaining the loan was frustrating. I would've preferred to receive a list of everything that was needed from the beginning. Rather, we kept receiving emails with one more item that was needed and it was usually urgent. So we had to stop packing and look up information. The letter for employment is another example. It took 3 attempts to get that right. Communication needs vast improvement
