Brenda was very unpleasant to work with. I asked several times to be given someone else and I always had to deal with her. She made back handed comments and was not very personable. Definitely not knowledgeable and she should peruse a future elsewhere.

I did feel pressured into using KBHS and I wish we had just gone through our credit union for our mortgage. I don’t know where things went wrong, but we were notified less than a day to close. I wish we would have had a closing date (at least) a week in advance so we could take time off from work to handle this and also prepare to move.

Everthing was going fairly smooth until we did not receive the Disclosure Statement in time to close on the day we were told. This caused us to be frustrated because we had made many arrangements with movers, etc.
