Brendan was great start to finish. Open and forthcoming every step of the way. He takes a genuine interest in your loan. Always answers call and emails promptly. Any questions you have he has the answers, or finds the right one. He does not make stuff up truthful answers always. Works with your agent and keeps things on track throughout the entire process. Brendan was exceptional, simply put. He worked with us through our pre-approval phase, keeping constant contact with us, our broker, and even listing agents for properties we were considering. He made our offers more competitive by going through the steps of underwriting a loan prior to a specific property being identified. I’ve just completed my second refinance with Brendan and am very pleased. He’s responsive and makes the entire process as convenient as possible. What I don’t understand he communicates in a manner that makes complete sense. I feel I can trust his word, which in the mortgage business is worth it’s weight in gold. As a divorced working grandmother with not enough time in the day, I woujd not hesitate to use him again.
