Brendan was great to work with. Unlike most mortgage processes I have been involved in, I truly felt like Brendan was trying to make things work for us...rather than his bottom line. I felt informed throughout the entire process, and even when bumps presented themselves (which always do), Brendan handled them and assured that when knew what was happening...and how he was working to make sure that we were not negatively affected any more than we had to be. We've worked with Brendan on two refis and one home purchase. Throughout each process he has been incredibly knowledgeable, always answering questions and in regular communication. He also proactively brought us great opportunities and ideas, one of which allowed us to purchase our second home. There were some unexpected challenges in the purchase process, but Brendan worked tirelessly to ensure that we were still able to close. Brendan really was fantastic to work with and really went the extra mile to make sure our refinance came through in time to lock down our preferred contractor for a large remodel project. It was over the winter holidays that we were working with him and even though he was out of town with family he still made sure to keep his eye on the ball and stay very communicative with us. I would work with him again anytime.
