Working with Brendan Delahooke was excellent. A very efficient process because he considers factors that many other loan brokers don't. They haven't the knowledge and experience with complicated situations. I was consolidating 4 mortgages down to two, one was a HELOC, I am semi self-employed and semi-retired with a fixed income. He consulted on all the relevant issues and gave me different options for me to choose. The loans were completed on time which was very important and he has a competent team working with him.

Brendan is so so proactive, and really takes the time make sure you are preapproved! Was able to close on a house early because he was so responsive and diligent on his end! Communication was always super clear and he worked really well with our agent!

My wife and I HIGHLY recommend working with Brendan on your home loan. He does a ton of work upfront so that the closing process is a breeze. He is easy to get a hold of and highly knowledgeable on all loan questions and market questions! If you are on the fence on who to work with, don’t be, Brendan is your guy!

I recently refinanced my home for a small loan. The whole process was accomplished smoothly, quickly and questions were answered promptly. Except for signing of the final documents, everything was handled on the phone or online by email or text. The notary that came to my home for final signatures was thorough, knowledgable and swift.
