Brendan is incredible. From answering questions patiently to responding to emails and text messages even during evenings and weekends. In today's overheated real estate market, the key to success is speed. Whereas the typical timeframe for a transaction is at least 30 days, Brendan was able to bring it to a close within 10 days. TEN! The amount of work he did was just phenomenal. I am definitely going to go back to Brendan the next time I need to work with a broker.

Brendan was amazing! He helped so much in the process of buying my first home. He was thorough in explaining the process, got us a great rate, and helped us finish escrow within 21 days. He answered all questions and was so patient, very grateful to have found him!

Brendan is the best. Really went above and beyond to walk us through every step of getting our loan. Always seemed to be working later than he was supposed to. Nice to have someone with the patience to explain large and intimidating contracts Helped us make last minute changes when we got into a tight situation with our appraisal and we closed on time and now own our first home!

He spent so much time helping us understand every part of the loan process, while never making us feel like we were asking too many questions. He is so knowledgable and has an easy way of explaining everything so we could understand. He was almost always available to talk or text about the home buying process.
