Brendan is an awesome lender! He is very down to earth and treats his clients like family, he would not steer anyone in the wrong direction. He helps people that have not so great credit turn it around and get qualified to buy a home. He is very knowledgeable and knows what programs would be beneficial for his clients. I would 100% have Brendan help my friends and family with their lending needs.

We contacted Brendan for assistance with refinancing a property. After listening to his advice, we decided it made more sense to sell the property. Although we were not actual clients of Brendan's, he gave us great advice, referred us to an amazing broker and saw us through the entire process.
