My experience was absolutely FANTASTIC! We started the process in late January, everything was going along fine and then COVID-19 hit. When COVID hit everything came to a screeching halt. Brent you were very professional and client focused throughout 90% of the process. However, towards the latter part of the process, the transition from you to John was not as fluid and seamless. He was not as well prepared as you were. During the last week before the closing of escrow, actions were requested of us that we weren't expecting.such as a letter of explanation for selling our property or getting the correct date for starting our new home owners insurance policy.
